An Arizona native, Dr. Hunter Hinton earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He then completed his postdoctoral specialized training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he also earned a Master’s degree in Oral Biology. During his residency, he received advanced training in esthetic-focused orthodontics under the mentorship of Dr. Tom Pitts, creator of the Pitts 21™ bracket system used at Murphy Orthodontics.
Dr. Hinton is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He is committed to delivering personalized, detail-driven care with a focus on both esthetics and function, while creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.

In his spare time, Dr. Hinton enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, skiing, bike riding, and watching sports.
