JOIN OUR "SHOW US WHERE YOU'VE BEEN" CONTEST!
WHAT: We are collecting and displaying photos of our patients enjoying their summer activities! Submit a photo - or even a postcard if you’ve traveled. - and be entered in a drawing to win a Canon SD 1000 Digital Camera!
WHY: We love our patients (They're like family to us!) It's fun to hear (and see pictures!) of what you've been doing. Don't forget about that nice prize you can win! :)
WHERE and HOW: Just bring in or mail your photo or postcard to us at either of our office locations. It's that easy!
WHEN: July through August
The winner will be notified the first week in September.
